Before I switched to the excellent CSV Adstats software that monitors and displays statistics about my Adsense earnings I have been using the Firefox extension Adsense notifier. The major problem that I had with the extension was that it broke quite often, happened regularly when Google decided to make changes to Google Adsense or when a new version of Firefox was released.

Another objection that I had was the fact that it only did monitor Adsense stats. The Money Quake extension is still a Firefox extension but it takes care of my second objection. It monitors the revenue for several advertising companies including Adsense and Bidvertiser.

Those are the two supported ones that I used on several of my blogs before, here is the full list of supported companies:

money quake

  • Google Adsense
  • Bidvertiser
  • TraficCashGold
  • StreamRay
  • UmaxSearch
  • PeakClick
  • Buckster
  • SoftwareProfit
  • AdultAdsCash
  • KlikVip
  • AdultFriendFinder
  • Begun
  • Yandex.Direct
  • Glavmed

Setting up another advertiser is an easy task. Just select one from the list and add your username and password in the form. Select an update interval and you are set to go.

The developer seems to add new companies regularly to the extension, it was updated on February 18th the last time. This could be an interesting alternative for everyone who is using several of the services that are supported. It does not make much sense for me because I’m only using Adsense at the moment.
